Hi My son has been taking lactolose for two years to promote bowel movements, but he has the adverse effect. would this be an effective product for him to use. He is 7 years old and weighs 60lbs. How much should I give him at one time and how freqently? Are there any side effects to this product? Please help! Desperate mom Helen Thankyou
