I started off on one custom formulation a month ago. I have been progressing well, and after re-doing the questionnaire, Karen Grace made me up a new formulation. I'm finding these Flower Essences to be VERY beneficial and am noting the changes and progress I'm making. Some of the essences have remained the same, but others have changed, just as I am changing. The Flower Essences work so gently and subtly, and yet they are SO VERY effective at treating the entire person - mind, spirit, body. I highly recommend them!

My customized flower essence formula is: white yarrow (30), buttercup (30), indian paintbrush (30), dill (30), and sweetgrass (26). Thanks!
